BEAUTYREST HARMONY MATTRESS

the problem

With the launch of new Beautyrest mattress models (the Harmony Collection), promotional and informational assets are needed for marketing online and to be printed and displayed in retail stores. Explanation is needed on how these new mattress models differentiate from the previous line. This new collection also has a higher price point, warranting an updated approach to elevate the look and feel of the brand.

the solution

A new rebrand was created for this Beautyrest Harmony Collection launch. Partnering with upper management, Copywriters, UX Designers and the Merchandising Team, the website was refreshed to a modern, elegant aesthetic with new fonts, wireframe, color scheme and imagery. I was an integral part in every step of the process from planning to photoshoot to integration and finalizing. Explore the assets created for this launch below.

Product Detail Page

Desktop version of one of the Beautyrest Harmony Mattress Product Detail Pages created for the new mattress launch. Seven Product Detail Pages were launched for this collection, each with distinct imagery and copy. I created optimized images for this collection in response to a request from the Site Operations Team to bring the key features of the collection above the fold. Below the fold, a new module was introduced comparing the different mattresses within the collection (highlighting the heights, firmnesses and features).

Optimized Web Banners for above-the-fold content on retailers' websites; enhanced web banners for below-the-fold content on retailers' websites. Designed new templates; selected and edited imagery.

Email

In a collaboration with the Email Marketing Manager and the Copy Team, I designed two emails and a bottom banner promoting the launch of the collection. Two versions were presented to management (one with motion incorporated and one with static imagery). Both designs ended up being chosen, resulting in an additional email posting, so that both could be deployed.

Retailer Printed Assets

Designed five informational printed assets, two that the Sales Representatives would use as a guide during sales and two that were displayed for customers in retail showrooms. It was a collaboration between myself, the copy/brand teams, as well as upper management, to consolidate and organize all the data into optimal templates that I created to showcase the information.
